XpressTracker
The XpressTracker application is a web-based bug tracking system used to connect the product software and hardware developers with general external users, as well as top level Tech Support Specialists who handle the daily inbound product support calls and emails.
XpressTracker provides our users with a new level of supplier accountability, which is simply not possible with voice or email reporting. We recognize the value of your usability experience, and want to provide you with a direct pipeline to the people who can make a difference in the design and development of a product.
